ULTRASeal 2000 - PPC's Dual Metal Bellows Cartridge Seal. If your service calls for a dual seal and you prefer the advantages of a metal bellows seal, then the U-2000 is your choice. The inboard bellows is specially balanced to handle a greater pressure differential, the O.D. pressurized outboard bellows has pumping slots to provide forced barrier fluid circulation and, like the PowerPumper, the U-2000 incorporates the use of a gland adapter to isolate the gland from the product. The U-2000 is available to fit most ANSI pumps. Standard materials of construction include 316SS metal parts with Hastelloy-C* bellows, Carbon or Tungsten Carbide against Silicon Carbide inboard and Carbon against Silicon Carbide outboard. |
