1500E - A top quality, low cost, general-purpose, stationary designed single cartridge seal, the 1500E is an ideal choice for stock consolidation. For the fraction of the cost to keep a mechanical seal, a seal sleeve and a seal gland on the shelf you can have the 1500E - preassembled, preset, pressure tested and ready to install. The 1500E is available off-the-shelf with 316SS metal and several face combinations in a variety of sizes - standard and large bore. A unique feature not found on other low-cost seals is the 1500E's tangential flushing to allow for either clockwise or counter-clockwise shaft rotation. |
